Overview
For my senior capstone, I designed and conceptualized an all-in-one travel website and app as a prototype.
Adaptitude is an all-in-one travel website and app where users can learn about the different cultures of Southeastern Asian countries. Currently online, there are many resources available to learn about different cultures and plan for your travel; however, the information isn’t necessarily all in the same place.
Therefore, through interactive platforms, it will be important to bring awareness to the culture of well-known and unfamiliar Asian countries regarding their traditions, customs, and attire, as well as plan for your possible travel plans.
The website provides the user with more informational and educational content. The app is a continuum of the website for more tips and tricks and includes the itinerary you have created for your potential travel plans.

USER GROUPS
Primary User Group: Short-term travelers
People who want to travel abroad, such as tourists.
People who are planning to travel abroad; however, want to learn more about the culture of the country that they are planning to visit.
People who are planning to study abroad and learn more about the country before they decide if they want to go study there.
Secondary User Group: Long-term visitors in a foreign country
People who may need to stay in the country for a long period for work, school, and/or research.
PURPOSE
Website
The users can learn about the country before any potential visit to the country whether it is soon or sometime in the future or only would like to learn about the country. Then if you are planning to visit a foreign country, you don't need to visit another website and you can plan your travels on the same site.
App
The users can have tips and tricks for their visit to a foreign country, such as suggested restaurants and attractions.
Also, know what other people are recommending and logging your travel experience.
